Building coherence between ideas and form.

  • I’m Léandre, born and based in Switzerland, with a background in brand strategy and product development.

I’m curious by nature, drawn to understanding how things work — people, systems, cultures, and the spaces in between.

I value clarity, empathy, creativity, and coherence, and I try to bring these into the way I think, work, and create.

  • This website brings together the projects and experiences that shaped my way of working.

It shows how I approach strategy, culture, and creative thinking — and how I try to bring coherence between people, ideas, and execution.

Whether for future collaborators or early-stage teams, it offers a transparent view of how I build, analyse, and contribute.

  • I work by connecting analysis and intuition — observing ecosystems as a whole to understand what creates coherence and impact.

Over the years, I’ve learned to navigate complexity through collaboration, listening, and structured problem-solving.

I ideate, refine, guide, and coordinate — shaping direction with teams and specialists without ever appropriating what is not mine.

My role is to bring clarity, meaning, and purpose to collective work.

  • I help teams and projects find coherence — between vision and execution, story and strategy, product and people.

I bring systems thinking, consumer insight, and creative sensibility to early-stage or evolving ideas.

Whether in innovation, brand building, or user-centered growth, my contribution is to turn complexity into clear, actionable direction.

The Spicy Lunch

A cultural spark that showed how small gestures can transform collaboration.

What began as a simple idea—bringing people together over spicy food—became a monthly moment of connection, helping colleagues meet as humans rather than roles.

By creating a playful, welcoming space, it supported faster integration, broke silos, and restored a sense of belonging through genuine interaction.

Photography

Photography is something I’m exploring — a way to pay attention to light, places, and small moments.

I’m learning through practice, letting experiments shape what feels meaningful.

The images below are part of that exploration..
